As a Dowry Negotiator at Singles, you will leverage your interpersonal skills and cultural understanding to facilitate transparent and respectful dowry discussions on our platform. Your role will involve engaging with users to ensure that dowry negotiations, where applicable, are conducted in a fair, ethical, and supportive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and facilitate dowry discussions between matched individuals, adhering to Single\'s policies and guidelines.
Provide guidance and support to users navigating dowry negotiations, fostering open communication and understanding.
Maintain sensitivity and cultural awareness when discussing traditional practices related to dowry.
Collaborate with other team members to continually improve Singles\'s approach to handling dowry negotiations off the platform.
Uphold Singles\' commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all interactions related to dowry negotiations.
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations effectively.
