Made in Kenya from the Heart of Nairobi with sheer will pure love
What is Kenyan Social?
Kenyan Social is a cloud-based mobile and Desktop web app with a focus on connectivity, culture, unity and development developed by Wayne Studios. The development began in February 2020 and the first version of Kenyan Social was rolled out in August 2021.
Harambee which means Synergy is a Kenyan tradition of community self-help events such as fundraising or development activities. The word means "all pull together" in Swahili, and is the official motto of Kenya championed by the Founding Fathers of the Republic of Kenya.
In the Spirit of Harambee, the foundation of Kenyan Social has been built. Kenyan Social is Kenya’s first Social Media platform with a familiar interface.
Built intentionally with a need to connect people, communities, talent and businesses, Kenyan Social is developed with a view to break the societal “class” and ethnic barriers among Kenyans within and beyond the borders of our Sovereign Republic for the good cause of development amongst all of us because when one Kenyan wins, we all win.
Kenyan Social places sharing at the heart of everything we do. Because sharing is what makes a group of individuals turn into a community. As people share their goals, their innovations, their knowledge and stories, they become a unified community that can change the world.
That is why we say Kenyan Social is #MadeToShare.
